DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We take pride in packaging and shipping your order with care. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bourbon-republic.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
RETURN SHIPPING
In rare cases where a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable products, and custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
